1. Quality control of 5754 aluminum plate in production
The quality control during the re-rolling process of aluminum plate is the focus of the production of hot-rolled products, especially the 5052, 5083 and 5754 aluminum plate that has higher requirements.
In the hot rolling process of 5754 aluminum plate, it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the whole process to prevent the broken strip caused by cracked edges, surface cracks, etc. Its size, shape, surface quality, properties meets the requirements.
In order to produce qualified products normally, continuously and stably, the hot rolling mill is equipped with some special control systems, including thickness control system, shape and crown control system, temperature control system, emulsion control system, etc.
2. Technical means and indicators of quality control in the production of 5754 aluminum plate
Thickness accuracy in the production of 5754 aluminum sheet is one of the important indicators for the quality process control of aluminum hot rolling. The thickness and deviation control of the strip is mainly realized by the automatic thickness control system (AGC).
The modern aluminum hot rolling mill realizes the automatic compensation of composition and alloy shrinkage at different temperatures by inputting the actual composition value, and the thickness difference caused by the change of process parameters and rolling mill parameters is regulated by MMC, GM-ACC, ABS-AGC, M- AGC, RE-AGC and front and rear tension compensation, bending force compensation, acceleration compensation, tail compensation and other means.
