If users who have high requirements for aluminum surface quality, I recommend shearing and processing after coating.

2. Accurate dimensions: the length and width must be accurate and reasonable, and the diagonal tolerance should be controlled between 1-2mm.

3. Neat trimming: The shearing knives of some aluminum plate shearing machines are not sharp, resulting in uneven trimming edges of aluminum plates. It is recommended to look for large processing enterprises and new processing equipment during processing.
