As we all know, the air reservoir is a gas storage device in the automobile braking system. It is used to store gas compressed by the air compressor and is used in automobile braking, horn and other systems. The air storage cylinder includes a cylinder body and two end caps. 5083 aluminum plate is a high-quality aluminum alloy plate that belongs to the Al-Mg series alloy and is mainly used for gas storage devices in automobile braking systems. Its main alloying element is magnesium, which has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, light weight, good cold workability, and medium strength. The common specifications of 5083 aluminum alloy air reservoir are: thickness 2.88mm, width 860-1500mm. A dense and strong aluminum oxide (AL2O3) protective film is easily formed on the surface of this material, which can well protect the substrate from corrosion, thereby extending the service life. At the same time, the aluminum alloy gas tank has a high recyclability rate, which is in line with the development concept of low-carbon and environmental protection.
