The 5754 aluminum plate belongs to the Almg3. Its magnesium alloy content is higher than that of the 5052 aluminum plate. 5754 aluminum plate is a medium-strength aluminum alloy plate with a magnesium alloy content of 2.6-3.6, with good rust and corrosion resistance, no color difference on the anodized surface, excellent processing performance, excellent corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength and high weldability.
5059 aluminum alloy is a new type of high-magnesium aluminum alloy registered by the German company Corus in 1999. It is mainly used for structural parts of ships, spacecraft, and rockets. 5059H131 and 5059H136 aluminum alloys have better elastic properties, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance than 5083H131, 5083H136, 2519T87 and 7039 aluminum alloys.
The magnesium content of aluminium 5454 is 2.4-3.0%, and it also contains a small amount of silicon, copper, zinc, manganese and other elements. The tensile strength is greater than 215MPa, which is about 20% higher than that of 5052 aluminum plate but the corrosion resistance in harsh environment is better than 5154 aluminum plate. 5454 aluminum plate has excellent ductility and high strength, and is usually used in fields such as fuel tanks, oil tanker, automobile wheels,etc.
